Electronic Grating Technology
The cylindrical lens grating realized by microelectronically controlled liquid crystals can turn the grating’s optical effect on or off. When displaying 2D images, the grating is turned off—allowing the LCD screen to function like a regular 2D display with uncompromised resolution. When displaying 3D images, the grating automatically turns on, presenting true 3D images with depth to both eyes without glasses (unlike 3D movies, which require glasses).
Real-Time Eye Tracking Technology
Pixel light regulated by grating refraction is delivered to the left and right eyes, whose positions are tracked in real time by a camera. The system delivers a different image to each eye, and binocular parallax is the main physiological factor for forming 3D perception. 3D movies—which require glasses—also rely on the principle of binocular parallax.
Naked-Eye 3D Holographic Display Technology
The naked-eye 3D holographic display made with 8K light field display technology creates a large number of viewpoints in front of the screen. It allows multiple people to share the 3D display, and each person can perceive binocular parallax and depth from different positions in front of the screen—as if the scene were truly positioned before their eyes, with no need for glasses.
Specialized Computing Chip
To meet the demand for ultra-fast response in 3D displays, the specialized computing chip developed based on FPGA enables system size minimization and performance maximization. It is applied in specialized fields such as 3D medical displays and 3D remote surgical operations (medical-focused remote procedures).
Precision Semi-Cylindrical Lens Grating
Backed by China’s precision manufacturing chain, precision semi-cylindrical lens gratings—a core component of holographic light field displays—have made breakthroughs in precision manufacturing amid advances in 4K/8K resolutions. Leveraging this, we have developed more complex lens grating solutions with higher optical efficiency, supporting the advancement of glasses-free 3D display technology.
AI Acceleration Algorithm
In real-time 2D-to-3D image processing and spatial processing for real-time 3D digital reconstruction (digital twin), AI processing models enhance processing efficiency, enabling truly “real-time” processing from data input to display output.
